CVP NoLimit Holdings Closes Fund I To Invest in Blockchain Technology

Jul 25, 2023

No Limit Holdings (NLH) and ClearVue Partners (CVP) are pleased to announce the final closing of CVP NoLimit Fund I with over US$50 million committed capital. The fund is focused on early-stage investments in blockchain and web3.0 projects around the world and across all ecosystems and verticals, including infrastructure, financial services and content.

Led by former Binance Strategy Officer, Gin Chao, the fund is a partnership between blockchain-focused investment firm, No Limit Holdings, and leading consumer and technology growth equity firm, ClearVue Partners.

“We are grateful for the confidence and trust that our partners have placed in us for this first fund, particularly given the breadth of industries our LP base represents and the challenging macroeconomic conditions during this period,” said Gin Chao, founding partner of NLH. “At the same time, this has created an ideal window to deploy capital into the exciting opportunities that the current market presents.”

“ClearVue Partners is excited to team up with Gin and the NLH team. They have deep sector expertise and an incredible track record of success,” added Harry Hui, founding partner of CVP. “Furthermore, Web3.0 is where the Internet was in the late 90’s and as blockchain adoption increases, we believe there will be significant value creation for both for our investors as well as for our consumer and technology portfolio companies,”

The Fund has already invested in over 20 projects globally, including two that have been listed on multiple exchanges. The Fund has a robust pipeline and expects to invest in an additional 20 projects over the next twelve months.
